Based on the philosophy of being part of the solution, Professional Search recruiters and staff do not "cold call" companies prospecting for business. Professional Search, Inc. Int’l works on both a contingent and retained search basis. Our fees are based on a reasonable percentage of the annual starting salary with a 90-day replacement guarantee on all employees placed by our firm. We pride ourselves on working within the guidelines provided by our client’s HR departments and hiring managers, thus being part of the solution rather than part of the problem.

Sandra McCartt founded Professional Search, Inc. Int’l in 1979. With a background in accounting as the Business Manager of KFDA-TV, Sandra initially focused the firm on accounting and finance positions. As the business grew, the scope of services of the firm grew into a generalist executive recruiting firm offering services to multiple industries in many disciplines. International Recruiting services then became part of the portfolio and continue today.

After 40 years as President of the firm, Sandra retired from active recruiting and management of the firm in 2022, stepping into the role of CEO and consultant. Lexie Toniolli was named president of Professional Search Inc. International and continues to develop the expertise and reach of the executive recruiting services provided to clients throughout the US, EMEA, India, Canada, and Mexico.

As President and Senior Recruiting Manager, Lexie Toniolli is responsible for contract negotiation, staff supervision, and finance. Prior to assuming the role of President, Lexie served as Vice President of Operations, Recruiting, and Marketing for 16 years. Lexie directs the recruitment process for both senior and staff positions across various regions, including the United States, Canada, EMEA, UAE, and Mexico.

Lexie joined Professional Search, Inc. Int’l after 10 years as a Sales Manager and Project Manager in the communications industry. She has been active in various non-profits, women’s organizations, high school booster clubs, and alumni associations.
